Fundamentals:
For beginners and those who wish to reinforce the basics.
Intermediate Yoga:
A more varied and vigorous class for those with a grasp of the basics.
All Levels:
Integrates the basics with a physically energetic approach. Beginners welcome.
Inner Fire Yoga:
An artful balance of postures, yoga teachings, mantra and meditation for all levels.
Kundalini Yoga:
Learn to relax, release and feel healthier through breathing, meditation, and yogic postures focused on moving energy.
Pilates:
Combines abdominal strengthening, spinal alignment, stretching and breathing as it integrates body and mind. Beginners welcome.
Prenatal Yoga:
Yoga Postures and breath awareness to support the needs of expecting mothers. Open to all levels.
Ayurveda Flow:
Unique to Philadelphia, Vishnu's Ayurveda Flow Class is designed to support the traditional principles and practices of Yoga and Ayurveda. Ayurveda Flow consists of asanas directed towards an individual's constitution (biological make-up) and group setting where you get just the right amount of movement that the body requires, leaving you balanced. Additionally, this class is rooted in Classical Ashtanga Yoga (the eight limbs)and pranayama is strongly emphasized, setting up the forum for meditation. All levels are welcome and this is a medically based class that addresses many health concerns.
